About the "Jornada de Desenvolvimento de Autogestão"

Sanela, the journey was initially developed for those who already have a problem or disorder already installed, and want to change this situation. The duration of the Day would be between 6 months to one year. At first the person would need to go through all the steps, but the time at each step could vary from person to person.
Now, after online classes, I can see new needs both in the area of prevention and in the age groups. This project was inspired by my personal experience, along with the hero's journey and social and emotional skills.
